Delivery Of Your Products
All retail deliveries are via Australia Post and are registered. Delivery may take up to 10 working days from completion of online payment. Please note that Direct Deposit payments take 1-2 business days to process.
Although every effort is made to ship your Order within 2 business days, shipping times may vary due to supply or situations beyond our control. If your Product has not arrived after 3 weeks, please contact us.
In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery times are based on delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to out-lying and remote destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.
Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.
We encourage you to visit the My Account section on our website to view the delivery status of your Products.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. Saltex Consulting accepts responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so by completing the order process.
Damaged Deliveries:
If you were to receive goods that has been damaged in transit, please save all packaging and materials including the box and the damaged items and contact us immediately and we will address the issue straight away.
Your Rights To Return A Product
No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an Order.
If you have selected the incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hrs and we will assist you in altering your product choice.
Once the order has been shipped, product selection cannot be changed.
Warranty Claims
If at any time after you purchase a Product you discover what you believe to be a Product defect or failure, please retain the remainder of the product and contact us directly providing detailed information so that we can discuss the failure with Salt-X Australia Pty Ltd (Manufacturer) prior to the replacement of the Product.
Defective and Faulty Products must be returned prior to us agreeing to replace the Product. You are responsible for the cost of returning the faulty product.
A replacement for the same Product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned Product and established if the product is faulty.
Warranty claims will not be considered if all the product has been used.
Replacement Products are provided with the same Warranty as the returned Product.
